For more than twelve years Mr. Rainer Bruckhoff and I have stayed at the Maison St. Charles for almost a week each spring, sponsoring a group of German high school students on a four-week exchange trip to the US. We have always felt very welcome at your hotel, and every member of the staff has treated us like we were members of their family. We woul like to thank each and everyone of the staff, especially Tony from the valet parking, the good man we can always turn to with any wish we have. We were so glad to see him back after Katrina and again this year, and we would love to see him and all the others in the years ahead, as we will be coming back to "our" hotel in New Orleans. It's nice to be welcomed like friends, and with all the friendly and helpful guys at the Maison St. Charles it's like coming home every time we arrive from the airport.
